Refund and Returns Policy – Bablee Bee

At Bablee Bee, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, etc.
  • Intimate or sanitary products (like lingerie, innerwear).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds are granted in the following cases:

  • Products showing obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged (not due to our error).
  • Any return made after 30 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via phone or message that we have received the item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (some time may pass before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 7389612086 and send your item to the return address mentioned below.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning expensive or fragile items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
